A new KPI is added to analyze maintenance cost and production output in the coming release of R2024g (Jan. 2025). The chart shows the total production (as a line), maintenance cost (as a line), and a unit cost/production (as a bar). The Unit Cost/Production may be used to measure maintenance efficiencies.
- The new KPI is at Dashboard | Inventory Tab.
 - Production output is defined by site in Organization | Open | Site Production (screenshot below).
 - Maintenance cost includes parts and services used.
 - Production, Maintenance Cost and Unit Cost/Production are shown in the diagram in own Y axises.
 - List view and drill-down to transactions of checkout are available.
 - Multi-site drill-down is available to compare sites based on Unit cost/production (screenshot below).

1. Production Unit and Currency
The unit of production may be defined in the EAM company along with a currency for the Cost/Production KPI.
- The unit will show in the KPI chart if defined.
 - The default currency for maintenance cost is the system currency.
 - Another currency may be configured to be used for maintenance cost.
 - For instance, an organization is operating in a home currency other than USD. They like to show the maintenance cost in USD.
 - In the screenshot example, production unit is "TN", currency is "CAD" for the Cost/Production KPI.
