Field prompts are texts shown in creation or editing forms. They help users with populating fields with quality information. They are available in the coming release of Calem R2025d.
- The field prompts for the "Subject" and "Description" fields of work order form are provided out of the box (screenshot below).
- Field prompts are available for text and lookup fields.
- Admin users can change existing field prompts or add new ones through "Edit Prompt" menu (next screenshots). The customization process is similar to field label customization - see this blog.
