How to Measure the Usage of Calem Mobile

Calem Mobile is designed for users to access Calem Enterprise from their devices. It is available, free of charge, for Calem Enterprise customers. An organization can enable Calem Mobile for their users to access Calem Enterprise at any time and from anywhere. Calem Mobile can be installed from AppStore for iOS devices and Google Play for Android devices.

The use of Calem Mobile by users can be measured the Login Log at Admin Home page by the values of "Device" field. 

• "Phone" - Calem Mobile is used from a phone.
• "Tablet" - Calem Mobile is used from a tablet.
• "Touch" - Calem Mobile is used from a computer. 
• "Desktop" - Calem web client is used. Calem Mobile is not used.

 1. Export Login Logs to Excel for Analysis

Login logs can be filtered and exported to excel for further analysis.

• Click "Search" button to launch a search screen
• Saved filters are shown. 
• Click "+" to create a new one.
• Set login time range to report (9/1/24 to 9/10/24).
• Click "Apply" (or Apply & Save to save the filter for reuse)
• Export the report as excel
