A New KPI for Top Failures - What Went Wrong the Most

Top Failure KPI will be available in the coming release of R2025d (planned for May 2025). Top failures are calculated by parameters including a time period, assets, locations, and/or asset classes. The KPI shows what went wrong the most, and may be used to drive processes for better asset reliability.

• The KPI is available at Dashboard | Asset Tab (screenshot below).
• Multi-site drill-down is available to compare top failures across sites. For instance, top failures from different plants may be compared side by side (next screenshot).

• List view shows top failures and counts of occurrences (screenshot below).
• Click a row to drill down to its work orders (next screenshot).

 The new KPI is a vast improvement to the top failures in the Home page of Failure module.
