Work Order Time to Complete

​This new KPI is available in Calem Enterprise R10k release in February 2017. It allows maintenance management team to review work order performance.

• ​Menu path: Dashboard | Open | WO Time to Complete
• The KPI calculated the average days to complete work orders grouped by work order categories.
• You can pick an existing time duration or enter a custom date range to report.

Work order counts in the reporting period are also calculated:

• ​Number of work orders created
• Number of work orders completed
• Number of work orders closed
