CalemEAM announced the availability of Calem Enterprise 7.0 in June 2010. It is a major release including new features, various enhancements and bug fixes. All customers are recommended to upgrade to this release when it reaches general availability. Here are the hightlights of the release:

• PM Plan sharing and access control for PM Plan release management.
• Work order email with PDF for customers upon work order closure.
• Repair and replacement processes for corrective work orders.
• Inventory transaction report.
• Multi-service enhancement for deploying multiple asset services, such as CMMS and IT, in a single Calem Enterprise instance.
• Two-way integration with biomedical testing equipments to streamline maintenance operations in hospitals.
• Many other enhancements and bug fixes.
