A hospital system is seeking a CMMS solution to manage asset maintenance of several departments. Key requirements include:

• The CMMS solution is capable of managing all asset services including biomedical equipment, facility and IT. Each asset service needs to have own assets, PMs, service requests, work orders and inventory.
• The hospital system has clinics in different areas. The system must be capable to manage the asset services of the hospital and all the clinics.
• MedTester, a biomedical testing system, is used to perform biomedical asset testing and maintenance. The CMMS system must be integrated with MedTester.
