The inventory budget KPI is refined in the coming release of Calem R2025d (May 2025). The cost of inventory usage is split into a) Actual usage (part/service); b) Project use; c) Disposed; and d) Transfer. The actual usage may be compared with the budgets allocated for maintenance. - Cost drill-down is available from the list view to see all transactions.
The KPI can be customized through configuration. For instance, one may 1) customize the KPI to include Disposed cost in the Actual usage cost, and 2) remove the Disposed cost from the KPI bar chart. See Admin Guide for more information.
