Work Order Status Permission Reports

New work order status permission reports are available in the coming release of Calem R2024f planned for December 2024.

• Work Order status permission can be managed by groups (see this blog). For example, MaintenanceStaff group cannot change a work order to the statuses listed in the screenshot below.
• Service Request status permission can be managed the same way.

 1. Work Order Status Permission Report by Profile

The first report is to show work order status permission by profile.

• Menu: Admin | Report | Profile and Module Access
• WO and SR status permissions are listed by profiles.
• The report can be exported to excel.

 2. Work Order Status Permission Report by User

The second report is to show work order status permission by user.

• Menu: Admin | Report | User Profile and Module Access
• WO and SR status permissions are listed by user.
• One can search the report by user to show WO/SR status permissions.
• The report can be exported to excel.
