Field Prompts and Customization

Field prompts are texts shown in creation or editing forms. They help users with populating fields with quality information. They are available in the coming release of Calem R2025d.

• The field prompts for the "Subject" and "Description" fields of work order form are provided out of the box (screenshot below).
• Field prompts are available for text and lookup fields.
• Admin users can change existing field prompts or add new ones through "Edit Prompt" menu (next screenshots). The customization process is similar to field label customization - see this blog.
