Dashboard for Work Permits

Dashboard KPIs have been added for work permits in release R2025h (December 2025). They include work permits per month by permit types and statuses at Dashboard | Summary page. 

• Permit by Type - Permits created monthly by permit types.
• Permit by Status - Permits activated in a month vs permits created in a month that are inactive.
• Use "List" menu to view KPIs in data list and export to Excel files.
• Use "Year" menu to get the KPIs for a previous year.
• Multi-site drill-down is available.

 1. Permits To Approve

A new menu to show permits waiting for approval is available from Open WO list view. The new list of permits to approve allows safety personnel to review and approve permits efficiently.
